摘要
                
                    连翘为木犀科植物连翘Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl的干燥果实,具有清热解毒、消肿散结等功效。连翘主要药用成分包括木脂素类、苯乙醇苷类、萜类、黄酮类、酚酸类等,具有抗炎、抗菌和抗肿瘤等活性。通过查阅文献,对连翘主要化学成分、抗肿瘤作用及机制进行综述,以期为连翘的开发利用提供参考。
                
                Forsythiae Fructus,the dried fruit of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl(Oleaceae family),possesses pharmacological effects including heat-clearing,detoxification,swelling reduction,and mass dispersion.The main medicinal components of Forsythiae Fructus include lignans,phenylethanolic glycosides,terpenes,flavonoids,and phenolic acids,which exhibit anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and anti-tumor activities.This review systematically summarizes the chemical composition,antitumor efficacy,and molecular mechanisms of Forsythiae Fructus,providing valuable insights for its further pharmaceutical development and clinical application.
