摘要
聚丙烯纱线具有低密度、优异的力学性能和良好的耐磨性等优点。聚丙烯纤维的制备工艺成本低且环保,然而在熔融电纺制备聚丙烯纤维的过程中,由于熔体在到达喷嘴位置时的非均匀性,导致纤维生成过程不稳定,增加了直接连续收集纤维并形成纤维束的难度。本文提出了一种利用气流辅助熔体静电纺丝制备聚丙烯纤维束的方法,研究了电压、气流速度和收集滚筒速度等因素对纤维及其组合物形态和机械性能的影响。研究发现气流的辅助作用显著提高了纤维的收集效率,同时改善了纤维集束的综合性能,为拓展聚丙烯纤维的应用提供了新思路。
Polypropylene yarns have advantages such as low density,excellent mechanical properties,and good wear resistance.The preparation process of polypropylene fibers is cost-effective and environmentally friendly.However,during the melt electrospinning process of polypropylene fibers,the non-uniformity of the melt at the nozzle position leads to instability in the fiber formation process,increasing the difficulty of directly and continuously collecting fibers and forming fiber bundles.A method of preparing polypropylene fiber bundles using airflow-assisted melt electrospinning was proposed.The effects of factors such as voltage,airflow speed,and collector drum speed on the morphology and mechanical properties of the fibers and their compositions were studied.The research found that the assistance of airflow significantly improved the fiber collection efficiency and enhanced the overall performance of the fiber bundles.These provides prospects for expanding the applications of polypropylene fibers.
