摘要
采用傅立叶变换红外光谱和旋转圆盘电极原子发射光谱对4种汽车零部件润滑脂(取自等速驱动轴、轮毂单元、万向节和传动轴,依次记为1#,2#,3#,4#)的种类及组成进行了分析,并考察了路试(2~3)万km后传动轴内润滑脂的氧化劣变、磨损及失效情况。结果表明:1#试样为Ca基脂,2#试样为Li基脂,3#试样为复合R-SO_(3)Ca基脂,4#试样为脲基脂;路试后,传动轴内的润滑脂未发生明显的氧化劣化现象。同时,因混入了砂石(硅酸盐)杂质,消耗了大量的P,Zn抗氧、抗磨添加剂,造成润滑性能下降,导致Fe含量超出正常磨损量。若继续行驶,将会出现润滑失效,进而导致传动轴失效的情况。
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and rotating disk electrode atomic emission spectroscopy were used to analyze the types and composition of four kinds of automobile parts lubricating grease(taken from constant speed drive shaft,hub unit,universal joint and drive shaft,respectively recorded as 1#,2#,3#,4#).The oxidation deterioration,wear and failure of lubricating grease in drive shaft after road test for 20000-30000 km were investigated.The results showed that 1#sample was Ca-based grease,2#sample was Li-based grease,3#sample was composite R-SO_(3) Ca-based grease,and 4#sample was urea-based grease.After the road test,the lubricating grease in the drive shaft did not undergo obvious oxidation degradation.At the same time,due to the contamination by sand(silicate)impurities,a large amount of P,Zn anti-oxidation and anti-wear additives were consumed,resulting in a decrease in lubrication performance,and the Fe content exceeding the normal wear amount.If the driving continued,there would be lubrication failure,which would lead to the failure of the drive shaft.
