摘要
目前大方捆广泛采用的草捆称重系统传感器承受压力与弯矩组合载荷,但传感器只能读取沿轴线压力。复杂的受力状况对称重算法设计与标定产生了不利影响,称重误差较大。为提高称重精度,设计了一种新型二力杆式称重系统,使传感器只承受压力。对该机构分析可知:传感器受力与草捆质量、放捆板角度相关,该放捆板角度固定时,传感器受力与草捆重量为线性关系;受力与机构对称性不敏感。本研究为大方捆称重系统设计提供理论依据与参考。
The widely used big square baler weighing system sensor bears the combined load of pressure and bending moment,but the sensor can only read along the axial pressure.The complex stress condition adversely affects the design and calibration of the weighing algorithm,and the weighing error was large.To improve the weighing accuracy,a two-force rod weighing system was designed to make the sensor only under pressure.According to the mechanism analysis,the force of the sensor was correlated to the mass of baler and the angle of the chute,and the force of the sensor and the weight of the bale are linear,and the symmetry of the mechanism are not sensitive.This study provides the theoretical basis and reference basis for the design of the big square baler weighing system.
