摘要
拓展网约配送员工伤保障路径,是坚持在发展中保障和改善民生的重要任务。基于对网约配送员的实证调查,以政策引导、企业社会责任、网约配送员意外伤害保险产品创新三重保障路径为分析框架,研究发现,当前网约配送员工伤保障试点范围有限,地方对网约配送员工伤保障的相关规定尚未形成统一标准,意外伤害险的赔付标准未能覆盖网约配送员的实际损失,平台企业对网约配送员的安全培训不足。完善对网约配送员的工伤保障,应加强政策引导,做好工伤预防工作,支持企业履行社会责任,加快推进网约配送员意外伤害保险等产品创新。
Expanding the work-related injury protection path for online delivery personnel is an important task to ensure and improve people's livelihoods in development.Based on empirical investigation of online delivery personnel,the triple protection path of policy guidance,corporate social responsibility,and innovation of online delivery personnel accidental injury insurance products is used as the analytical framework.As found by the research,the current pilot scope of work-related injury protection for online delivery personnel is limited,local regulations on work-related injury protection for online delivery personnel have not yet formed a unifi ed standard,the compensation standards of accidental injury insurance have not covered the actual losses of online delivery personnel,and platform enterprises lack safety training for online delivery personnel.To improve the work-related injury protection for online delivery personnel,we should strengthen policy guidance,do a good job in preventing work-related injuries,support enterprises to fulfi ll their social responsibilities,and accelerate the innovation of products such as accidental injury insurance for online delivery personnel.
