摘要
抗菌肽(AMP)是具有强效抗菌、抗病毒、抗真菌和抗寄生虫活性的小分子蛋白质,因其具有广谱抗菌活性、细菌耐药性发生率低、对真核细胞毒性低、作用方式特异性强、作用位点丰富等优点已成为传统抗生素的重要替代品。论文就抗菌肽的抗菌作用、存在的不足、抗菌肽的改进优化、与其他抗菌药物联合应用方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为抗菌肽的开发和应用提供依据。
The antimicrobial peptide(AMP)is a small protein molecule that exhibits potent antibacterial,antiviral,antifungal,and antiparasitic activities.Due to its broad-spectrum antibacterial properties,low likelihood of bacterial resistance development,minimal toxicity to eukaryotic cells,specific mode of action,and multiple action sites,it has emerged as a significant alternative to traditional antibiotics.In this paper,the research progress on antibacterial actions,existing deficiencies,improvement and optimization of antimicrobial peptides,combined with other antibacterial drugs were reviewed,in order to provide a basis for the development and application of antimicrobial peptides.
