耳鼻喉科解剖学教学中应用三维影像处理结合影像导航技术对学习效果的影响

The Influence of Three Dimensional Image Processing Combined with Image Navigation Technology on Learning Effectiveness in the Teaching of Otolaryngology Anatomy

摘要 目的 探讨耳鼻喉科解剖学教学中应用三维影像处理结合影像导航技术对学习效果的影响。方法 选取医院2024年1—6月轮转至耳鼻喉科的60名临床医学专业实习生,将其中1—3月轮转的30名临床医学专业实习生作为对照组,4—6月轮转的30名临床医学专业实习生作为观察组。对照组采取传统2D影像教学法,观察组采用三维影像处理结合影像导航技术教学法。教学结束后,对比分析两组理论考核成绩、临床实践能力、教学满意度及带教教师教学反馈。结果 教学结束后,观察组理论考核成绩及总成绩、临床实践能力考核成绩及总成绩和教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。带教教师综合实习生教学期间表现,对观察组教学反馈问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 耳鼻喉科解剖学教学中,三维影像处理结合影像导航技术有助于实习生掌握理论知识,提高临床实践能力、学习效率,教学效果良好,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the impact of three dimensional image processing combined with image navigation technology on learning outcomes in the teaching of otolaryngology anatomy.Methods 60 clinical medical interns who rotated to the ENT department of the hospital from January to June 2024 were selected.Among them,30 clinical medical interns who rotated from January to March were selected as the control group,and 30 clinical medical interns who rotated from April to June were selected as the observation group.The control group received traditional 2D imaging teaching method,while the observation group received three dimensional image processing combined with image navigation technology teaching method.Then compared and the theoretical assessment results,clinical practice ability,teaching satisfaction and band′teaching feedback of the two groups after the teaching as well as analyzed them.Results The observation group had higher theoretical assessment scores and total scores,clinical practice ability assessment scores and total scores,and teaching satisfaction than the control group after teaching(P<0.05).The preceptors′assessment on interns′comprehensive performance of two groups,observation group′Teaching Feedback Questionnaire score was higher than those in control group during the teaching period(P<0.001).Conclusion In the teaching of otolaryngology anatomy,the combination of three d-imensional image processing and image navigation technology is helpful for interns to master theoretical knowledge,improve clinical practice ability and learning efficiency.The teaching effect is well and be worthy of promotion and application.
