PBL联合MDT教学模式在脊柱外科病例教学中的实践探索

摘要 目的 探讨基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)教学模式在脊柱外科病例教学中的应用效果。方法 本研究采用对照实验方法,选择武汉大学外科学专业48名八年制本博研究生及5+3硕士研究生作为研究对象,实验组采用PBL联合MDT教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。教学后,两组研究生进行基础理论测试及实践技能测验,实验组评价PBL联合MDT教学效果。结果 实验组基础理论测试及实践技能测验成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);大部分实验组研究生认可PBL联合MDT教学模式,认为该模式有利于掌握基础知识、激发学习兴趣及提升自主学习能力,认为利用该模式教学,他们受益良多。结论 在脊柱外科病例教学中,采用PBL联合MDT教学模式取得了良好的教学效果,有助于提高研究生学习能力及临床思维能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)teaching mode in teaching of spinal surgery case.Methods This study used a controlled experimental method,selecting 48 eight-year undergraduate and doctoral students and 5+3 graduates majored in surgery at Wuhan University as the research subjects.The experimental group received PBL combined with MDT teaching mode,while the control group received traditional teaching mode.Graduates were tested for basic theory and practical skills between two groups,and the experimental group evaluated the effectiveness of PBL combined with MDT teaching after teaching.Results The experimental group achieved higher scores in both basic theoretical tests and practical skills tests compared with the control group(P<0.05).Most of graduates in experimental group recognize the PBL combined with MDT teaching mode,believing that this mode is beneficial for mastering basic knowledge,stimulating learning interest,and improving self-directed learning ability.They believe that the teaching mode has greatly benefited them.Conclusion The use of PBL combined with MDT teaching mode in teaching of spinal surgery case has achieved good teaching results,which helps to improve graduate students′learning ability and clinical thinking ability.
