摘要
文章首先分析了我国数据价值化的政策背景及民营企业面临的挑战,在此基础上,整合制度经济学与技术经济视角,提出了“数据供应链”思维,构建了涵盖数据资源化、资产化、商品化和资本化全过程的“一站式”数据价值实现解决方案。该方案以某公司为例,详细阐述了其在数据价值化过程中的实践应用。
This paper first analyzes the policy background of data valorization in China and the challenges faced by private enterprises.Building on this analysis,it integrates perspectives from institutional economics and technological economics to propose a"data supply chain"mindset,constructing a"one-stop"data value realization solution that encompasses the entire process of data resourceization,assetization,commodification,and capitalization.Using a certain company as an example,the paper elaborates on the practical application of this solution in the process of data valorization.
