摘要
感音神经性耳聋属本虚标实之证,本虚即气血亏虚,此为发病的内在基础,标实乃痰湿、瘀血作为病理产物,阻塞脉管气血运行,加之日常生活工作使情绪不良致肝郁气滞,气血不通发为耳聋,耳聋又反过来加重肝气郁滞,两者相互影响,使耳聋病情进展。虚、痰、瘀、郁贯穿疾病始终,治疗上,当以补虚为基础,针药结合。气血亏虚责于脾肾两虚,中药法当健脾益肾以补益气血,化痰祛瘀兼疏肝解郁,针刺行气活血祛瘀兼调畅情志,以促进耳内气血流通,临床中使用纯中医治法收效颇佳。
Sensorineural deafness is characterized by an underlying deficiency and manifesting excess,where the underlying deficiency refers to the depletion of qi and blood,which serves as the internal basis for the onset of the disease.The manifesting excess involves phlegm-damp and blood stasis as pathological products that obstruct the circulation of qi and blood in the vessels.Additionally,poor emotional states due to imbalance of daily life and work can cause liver depression and qi stagnation,further exacerbating the condition.The interplay between deafness and liver qi stagnation can worsen the condition of deafness.Throughout the course of the disease,deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,and depression are consistently present.In treatment,it is essential to focus on replenishing the deficiency as the foundation,combining acupuncture with herbal medicine.The depletion of qi and blood is attributed to spleen and kidney deficiency.Herbal treatment should aim to tonify the spleen and kidney to replenish qi and blood,resolve phlegm,remove blood stasis,and soothe the liver to relieve depression.Acupuncture should be used to regulate qi and blood,remove blood stasis,and harmonize emotions,thereby promoting the circulation of qi and blood within the ear.In clinical practice,the use of pure Chinese medicine methods has proven to be highly effective.
