摘要
目的观察滋水疏木法对肝郁肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全(Premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)患者甲状腺功能和骨代谢的影响。方法将60例POI患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片,观察组予滋水疏木法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的甲状腺和甲状旁腺激素、骨代谢指标和炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,两组促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平均明显升高,全型甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组总1型胶原氨基端延长肽(P1NP)、25-羟基维生素D(25-OH-VD)水平均明显升高,β胶联降解产物(β-CTX)水平均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组白细胞介素(IL)-10水平均明显升高,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋水疏木法能恢复紊乱的下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴,纠正失衡的骨代谢,改善POI患者体内慢性炎症环境。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Zishui Shumu therapy on thyroid function and bone metabolism with prema-ture ovarian insufficiency(POI)of the Ganyu Shenxu syndrome Methods Sixty patients with POI of the Ganyu Shenxu syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Climen,while the observation group was treated by the Zishui Shumu therapy.Then the levels of thyroid and parathyroid hormones,bone metabolism indicators and inflammatory factors before and after the treatment in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TSH in the two groups were increased significantly(P<0.05),the levels of PTH were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FT3 and FT4 were improved in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference be-tween groups(P>0.05).The levels of P1NP and 25-OH-VD were increased significantly(P<0.05),the level ofβ-CTX in the two groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-10 were increased significantly(P<0.05),the levels of TNF-ɑwere decreased significantly in the two groups after the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Zishui Shumu therapy can effectively restore the disordered hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis,correct the unbalanced bone metabolism and improve the chronic inflammatory environment in the body.
