摘要
多发性骨髓瘤是骨髓浆细胞异常增生的一种恶性肿瘤。文章结合络病理论与多发性骨髓瘤在病因、病机、病程、临床表现4个方面的关联,认为多发性骨髓瘤的病机是脾肾虚损、络虚邪瘀,病位在骨髓,其本在肾,其治在脾,以痰、瘀、毒为标,故治疗应以滋水扶土、通络化瘀为原则,遵循“大凡络虚、通补最宜”之法遣方用药。
Multiple myeloma is a malignant tumor with abnormal proliferation of plasma cells in the bone marrow.This paper combined the relationship between collateral disease theory and multiple myeloma in etiology,pathogenesis,course and clinical manifestations,and thought that the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma is deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of collaterals and pathogen blood stasis.The disease is located in bone marrow,its origin is in kidney,its treatment is in spleen,phlegm,blood stasis and poison are the indicators.The treatment should be based on the treatment principle of nourishing kidney and tonifying spleen,clearing collaterals and removing blood stasis,and following the method of“all collaterals are deficient,and it is most appropriate to tonifying and supplementing”.
