摘要
目的分析温针灸联合桂枝葛根汤对颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法选择2020年12月—2022年12月东平县中医院收治的80例颈椎病患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者接受桂枝葛根汤治疗,研究组患者接受温针灸与桂枝葛根汤治疗,对两组患者症状体征、疼痛情况、颈椎功能及生活质量进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组患者的症状体征改善情况明显比对照组更佳(P<0.05),视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),健康调查简表(SF-16)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈椎病患者用温针灸联合桂枝葛根汤治疗,可缓解症状、减轻疼痛、改善颈椎功能及生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction on patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Dongping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received Guizhi Gegen decoction,and the patients in the study group received warming needle moxibustion and Guizhi Gegen decoction.The symptoms,signs,pain,cervical function and prognosis of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the improvement of symptoms and signs in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)evaluation and treatment score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The warming needle moxibustion combined with Guizhi Gegen decoction can alleviate the symptoms of patients,relieve pain,improve their cervical function and quality of life,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
