摘要
口腔正畸医用耗材属于高值医用耗材,其临床需求较大,是政策调控与行业规范的关注重点。有效管理高值医用耗材是保障医疗服务、提升临床疗效的关键,应用信息化技术有助于实现医用耗材的规范化管理及全程追溯。该研究介绍了口腔正畸高值医用耗材的种类及来源,总结了医院既往在高值医用耗材管理方面存在的不足,并探讨了医院对其实施信息化创新管理的应用效果。
Orthodontic medical consumables belong to high-value medical supplies,its clinical demand is greater,is the focus of policy regulation and industry norms.Effective management of high-value medical consumables is the key to safeguard medical services and enhance clinical efficacy,the application of information technology helps to achieve standardised management and full traceability of medical consumables.The study introduces the types and sources of high-value medical consumables in orthodontics,summarises the deficiencies in the management of high-value medical consumables in hospitals,and discusses the application and effect of innovative management of information technology in hospitals.
