摘要
开孔剂作为调控聚氨酯泡沫多孔结构的关键助剂,其性能直接影响制品的力学强度、透气性及综合应用价值。本研究以月桂醇为起始剂、双金属氰化物(DMC)为催化剂,通过1,2-环氧己烷开环聚合反应制备了不同分子量的聚醚多元醇类开孔剂,考察聚醚多元醇开孔剂的分子量和添加比例对聚氨酯泡沫泡孔结构、力学性能及开孔率的影响,并将聚醚多元醇类开孔剂与市售同类开孔剂进行性能对比分析。结果表明:当聚醚多元醇开孔剂LA-50的添加比例为2.5%时,所得聚氨酯泡沫的泡孔呈现均匀开孔的三维网络结构,其开孔率高达94.2%,并兼具优异的力学性能(拉伸强度为206.7kPa,断裂伸长率为220.4%),与市售开孔剂Y-1900相当。聚醚多元醇开孔剂的分子量与性能协同调控机制为高性能环保型聚氨酯材料的开发提供了依据。
Cell opening agents,as key additives for regulating the porous structure of polyurethane foam,directly affect the mechanical strength,breathability,and comprehensive application value of the final products.In this study,polyether polyol-based cell opening agents with varying molecular weights were synthesized via 1,2-epoxyhexane ring-opening polymerization,using lauryl alcohol as the initiator and bimetallic cyanide(DMC)as the catalyst.The effects of their molecular weight and dosage on the cell structure,mechanical properties,and cell opening content of polyurethane foam were systematically investigated,alongside a comparative performance analysis with commercially available cell opening agent.The results demonstrated that when the proportion of polyether polyol LA-50 as cell opening agent was 2.5%,the resulting foam had a cell opening structure of uniform 3D network and achieved a cell opening content of 94.2%while exhibiting excellent mechanical properties(tensile strength of 206.7 kPa,elongation at break of 220.4%),which was comparable to the commercial cell opening agent Y-1900.The molecular weight and property synergistic mechanism of polyether polyol as cell opening agents provided a basis for the development of high-performance eco-friendly polyurethane materials.
