配水参数对生球性能及成球过程的影响

Influence of water distribution parameters on pelletising performance and pellet formation processes

摘要 在全球“碳中和”“碳达峰”的大背景下,高比例球团矿作为入炉原料是大势所趋。而球团质量取决于生球的性能,因此,保证生球质量是研究球团制备工艺较为重要的环节。在生球制备的过程中,造球加水量与造球时间在很大程度上影响着生球性能及球团成球过程。因此,分析了不同造球总水量、滴水量雾水量之比以及造球时间对生球性能以及球团过程的影响机理。研究表明,适宜的造球加水量与滴水量雾水量之比有利于提高生球强度。在其他造球参数一定的情况下,试验所用原料在造球加水质量分数为10%~11%时,生球性能最好,生球的平均抗压强度可达到14.42 N/P左右,平均落下强度在6.3次/个左右,爆裂温度为661℃。当滴水量雾水量之比为1.4∶1时,生球的平均抗压强度可达到14.78 N/P,平均落下强度为6.2次/个,爆裂温度为608℃,生球性能最佳。当造球总水量与滴水量雾水量之比过高或过低时,生球性能均会下降。对于成球过程而言,成品球平均粒径及成球平均速率随着造球加水量的提高而增大;滴水量雾水量之比的变化对成品球平均粒径及成球平均速率影响较小。另外,延长造球时间有助于提高生球性能但会降低球团生产效率。研究结果为制备优质生球提供理论支撑,为提高生球性能以及球团生产效率提供重要指导。 Against the backdrop of global"carbon neutrality"and"carbon peaking",using a high proportion of pellet ore as furnace raw material is an irresistible trend.The quality of pellets hinges on the performance of green pellets.Hence,ensuring the quality of green pellets is a crucial aspect in researching pellet preparation processes.During the green pellet preparation,the amount of water added for pelletizing and the pelletizing time significantly influence the performance of green pellets and the pellet formation process.Therefore,the influence mechanisms of different total amounts of water for pelletizing,the ratio of dripping water to misting water,and the pelletizing time on the perform-ance of green pellets and the pellet formation process were analyzed.The results show that an appropriate amount of water for pelletizing and a suitable ratio of dripping water to misting water contribute to enhancing the strength of green pellets.With other pelletizing parameters fixed,the raw materials used in the experiment exhibit the best per-formance when the total amount of water for pelletizing ranges from 10%to 11%.The average compressive strength of green pellets can reach approximately 14.42 N/P,the average drop strength is around 6.3 times per pel-let,and the bursting temperature is 661 C.When the ratio of dripping water to fog water is 1.4:1,the average compressive strength of green pellets can reach 14.78 N/P,the average drop strength is 6.2 times per pellet,and the bursting temperature is 608℃,indicating the optimal performance of green pellets.When the ratio of the total amount of water for pelletizing to the ratio of dripping water to misting water is either too high or too low,the per-formance of green pellets deteriorates.Regarding the pellet formation process,the average particle size of finished pellets and the average pellet formation rate increase as the amount of water added for pelletizing rises.Changes in the ratio of dripping water to misting water have a relatively minor impact on the average particle size of finished pellets and the average pellet formation rate.Additionally,extending the pelletizing time helps improve the performance of green pellets but reduces the pellet production efficiency.Theoretical support for preparing high-quality green pellets is offered,and significant guidance for enhancing the performance of green pellets and the pellet production efficiencyis provided.
