摘要
选取2010-2023年我国30个省级面板数据,实证考察数字中国建设对关键核心技术创新突破的影响效应和作用机制。结果证实:数字中国建设可正向驱动关键核心技术创新突破。异质性分析结果表明,相较于西部和东北地区,数字中国建设对关键核心技术创新突破的驱动作用在东部和中部地区更为显著。中介机制检验发现,数据要素市场化是数字中国建设赋能关键核心技术创新突破的传导机制。空间溢出效应检验证实,数字中国建设既能推动本地区关键核心技术创新突破,亦能驱动邻近地区关键核心技术创新突破。根植于此,提出优化数字中国建设发展环境、营造数据要素市场化新生态的政策建议,希冀为稳步推动关键核心技术创新突破提供理论指导。
Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2023,this study empirically examines the impact and mecha-nism of digital China construction on key core technology innovation breakthroughs.The results confirm that the construction of digital China can positively promote breakthroughs in key core technology innovation.The heterogeneity analysis results indicate that compared to the west-ern and northeastern regions,the driving effect of digital China construction on key core technology innovation breakthroughs is more signifi-cant in the eastern and central regions.The intermediary mechanism test found that the marketization of data elements is the transmission mechanism for empowering key core technological innovation breakthroughs in the construction of digital China.The spatial spillover effect test confirms that the construction of digital China can not only promote breakthroughs innovation on key core technologies in the local area,but also drive breakthroughs in key core technologies in adjacent areas.Rooted in this,policy recommendations are proposed to optimize the development environment of digital China and create a new market-oriented ecosystem for data elements,hoping to provide theoretical guid-ance for steadily promoting breakthroughs in key core technology innovation.
