摘要
杜元灏教授从临床针灸疗法思维多样性出发,基于现代科学视角对腧穴多态性进行解析。揭示腧穴并非一个固定或者抽象的概念,其本质是针灸等外治法作用于体表的定位性标识,其内涵取决于用何种结构或理论指导下的体表位点描述,而这种腧穴本质与内涵的概括是建立在经典经络理论体系与现代科学交融的基础之上。因此,基于不同的组织结构或系统将腧穴分为基于神经系统腧穴、肌筋膜激痛点及力线腧穴、肌肉及相关组织腧穴和脉管相关腧穴,各类腧穴指导临床治疗的现代理论体系均有不同。依据不同的针灸临床目的,确立与之匹配的选穴理论依据,精准选穴、精准治疗,以提高针灸临床疗效。
