摘要
针对罗家桥内港池码头大型钢梁整体发运需求,系统研究码头结构适配性、水域通航条件及特种装备协同技术。通过码头平面尺度、高程设计、泊位长度等关键参数设计,结合SPMT模块车12轴编组、双机抬吊工艺及智能监测系统,解决了超大钢梁的陆地转运与水上吊装难题。结果表明,通过“港池-设备-钢梁”协同优化,发运效率提升60%、安全事故率下降65%。
In response to the overall shipping demand for large steel beams at the Luojiaqiao harbor dock,this paper sys⁃tematically studied the adaptability of the dock structure,navigation conditions in the water area,and collab⁃orative technology for special equipment.By designing key parameters such as the dock plane scale,elevation design,and berth length,combined with SPMT module car 12 axle grouping double machine lifting technolo⁃gy,and intelligent monitoring system,the problem of land transportation and water lifting of super large steel beamshas been solved.The results showed that through collaborative optimization of"harbor pool equipment steel beam",the shipping efficiency increased by 60%and the safety accident rate decreased by 65%.
