摘要
麦尔兹窑作为目前最先进的窑型之一,以其节能、环保的工艺特点在世界范围内获得广泛应用,截止目前全球约有几百座麦尔兹窑在生产运行。为深入了解其运行规律,本文结合麦尔兹窑的生产实际,对其内部的物料平衡和热平衡进行计算,并将理论计算结果与实际生产数据相验证,达到指导麦尔兹窑实际生产的目的。在产量320吨/天、过空气指数1.15、石灰冷却风系数0.70 Nm^(3)/kg石灰的设定下,每天需要的石灰石量为549.17 t,理论计算助燃风流量为15 224.78 Nm^(3)/h,石灰冷却风流量为9 333.33 Nm^(3)/h。该计算结果与实际生产的数据近似相等,说明物料平衡的计算结果比较准确。基于物料平衡的计算结果对麦尔兹窑的热量平衡进行计算,实际天然气消耗为103 Nm^(3)/t石灰时,全天的热量输入与热量输出达到平衡,均为1 150 304 MJ。其中,石灰石分解过程占总热量支出的83.96%,气体升温占总热量支出的8.72%,窑体散热占总热量支出的7.32%。计算结果说明,在石灰石化学成分和天然气热值相对稳定的情况下,麦尔兹窑的产量越高,窑体散热所占的热量支出比例越低,热量的利用率越高,成本越低。
As one of the most advanced kiln types at present,Maerz kiln has been widely used in the world for its energy-saving and environmental protection process characteristics.Up to now,there are about hundreds of Maerz kilns in production and operation around the world.In order to deeply understand its operation law,this paper calculated the material balance and heat balance of the kiln in accordance with the actual production of the kiln,and verified the theoretical calculation results with the actual production data to achieve the purpose of guiding the actual production of the kiln.Combined with the actual production of Maerz kiln,the material balance and heat balance inside it are calculated.When the output is set to 320 t/d,the excess air coefficient is set to 1.15,and the lime cooling air coefficient is set to 0.70 Nm^(3)/kg lime,549.37 tons of limestone are needed every day.The theoretical calculation of the combustion air flow is 15224.78 Nm^(3)/h,and the lime cooling air flow is 9333.33 Nm^(3)/h.The calculated results are approximately equal to the actual production data,indicating that the calculated results of material balance are more accurate.Based on the calculation results of material balance,the heat balance of Maerz kiln is calculated.When the actual natural gas consumption is 103 Nm^(3)/t lime,throughout the day,the heat input and heat output reach a balance of 1150304 MJ.Among them,the limestone decomposition process accounts for 83.96%of the total heat expenditure.Gas heating accounts for 0.01%of the total heat expenditure.The heat dissipation of the kiln accounts for 16.03%of the total heat expenditure.The calculation results show that under the condition that the chemical composition of limestone and the calorific value of natural gas are relatively stable,the higher the output of Maerz kiln,the lower the proportion of heat expenditure accounted for by the heat dissipation of the kiln body,the higher the heat utilization rate and the lower the cost.
