我国10个城市大气PM_(2.5)中As污染特征及健康风险评估

摘要 工业生产产生的含砷As粉尘和废气的不当处置,不但严重污染环境,还会对动植物和人体健康造成巨大隐患。文章全面检索2013—2021年国内外主流数据库中,与我国城市大气细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))相关的学术文献,整理归纳其中As的浓度数据,并运用环境健康风险评估模型,从经口暴露和呼吸吸入两种途径,评估As对我国成年人及儿童的健康危害。研究结果表明:我国城市大气PM2.5中As浓度总体呈现逐年下降趋势,且北方城市As浓度普遍高于南方城市,部分城市的As浓度超过国家规定限值。健康风险分析结果显示,我国城市大气PM_(2.5)中As的非致癌风险值HQ均小于1,部分城市致癌风险值CR大于10^(-6),在非致癌风险层面,儿童>成年女性>成年男性;在致癌风险层面,成年人群体高于儿童群体。本研究可为我国大气中As污染治理和人体健康防护提供有效依据。 Improper disposal of arsenic-containing dust and waste gas produced by industrial production had caused serious environmental pollution,bringing significant threats to animal,plant and human health.By retrieving relevant literatures on urban fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))from 2013 to 2021 in China,arsenic(As)concentration data were collated and summarized.The health hazards of As to adults and children in China were evaluated using the environmental health risk assessment model based on oral exposure and respiratory inhalation ways.The results revealed that the concentration of As in atmospheric PM_(2.5) in Chinese cities showed a decreasing trend year by year,with higher concentrations in northern cities compared to southern cities.In some cities,the concentration of As had exceeded the national regulatory limit.The health risk assessment results showed that the non-carcinogenic hazard quotient(HQ)values of As in PM_(2.5) in Chinese cities were less than 1,while the carcinogenic risk(CR)values in some cities were greater than 10-6.The non-carcinogenic risk was ranked as children>adult females>adult males,and the carcinogenic risk was higher in adults than in children.The findings could provide an effective basis for atmospheric As pollution control and human health protection in China.
