长春花生物碱药理活性及机制研究进展

Research progress on pharmacological activity and mechanism of alkaloids in Catharanthus roseus

摘要 中医药具有深厚的文化底蕴和悠久的历史传承,不仅是中华文明体系的重要构成部分,更构成了迄今为止保存最为完整的传统医学体系之一。长春花Catharanthus roseus作为具有重要药用价值的天然资源,其体内合成的萜类吲哚生物碱展现出一系列独特的药理活性特征。其中,以硫酸盐形式存在的长春碱和长春新碱作为国际公认的天然抗肿瘤药物前体,已在临床肿瘤治疗中得到广泛应用。现代药理学研究证实,该类活性成分在抗肿瘤、调节血糖、调控脂代谢等方面表现出显著的治疗潜力。通过系统梳理长春花生物碱的药效学特性,为深入解析其药用价值提供理论支撑,同时为其创新药物研发和临床转化应用指明研究方向。 Traditional Chinese medicine,with its deep cultural heritage and long history of inheritance,is not only an important component of Chinese civilisation system,but also one of the most completely preserved traditional medical systems so far.As a natural resource with important medicinal value,Changchunhua(Catharanthus roseus)exhibits a series of unique pharmacological activity profiles of terpenoid indole alkaloids synthesized in its body.Among these,vinblastine and vincristine,existing in the form of sulphate,have been widely used in clinical oncology treatment as internationally recognised natural antitumor drug precursors.Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that this class of active ingredients has shown significant therapeutic potential in antitumor,bloodglucose regulation,and lipid metabolism regulation.By systematically combing the pharmacodynamic properties of alkaloids in Catharanthus roseus,this paper provides a theoretical support for in-depth analysis of their medicinal value,andpoints out research directions for innovative drug research and development and clinical translational application.
