摘要
回顾了气象技术在水电行业的应用与发展历程,重点分析了其在水电调度、水电站设备维护和水旱灾害管理中的作用。针对现阶段气象观测成本较高、气象预报的准确性和实时性尚不能满足要求问题,提出应发展高精度的气象观测与预报技术,推动气象数据与水力发电系统的深度融合,为水电行业智能化和可持续发展提供支撑。
The application and development history of meteorological technology in hydropower industry is reviewed.Specifically,the roles of meteorological technology in hydropower dispatching,hydropower station equipment maintenance,and flood and drought disaster management are analyzed.In response to the high cost of meteorological observation and insufficient accuracy and real-time performance of meteorological forecasting at present,it is suggested to develop high-precision meteorological observation and forecasting technologies,and promote the deep integration of meteorological data and hydropower systems,to provide supports for the intelligent and sustainable development of the hydropower industry.
