“大思政”背景下高职体育课程与课程思政协同育人探究

Exploration of the Coordinated Education of Physical Education Course and Course Ideological and Political Education in the Context of"Grand Ideological Political Education"

摘要高职体育课程与课程思政协同育人是落实职业教育德技并修人才培养目标的重要路径。当前,二者协同面临思想认知偏差、机制衔接不畅、师资能力薄弱等现实困境:部分教师对体育育人价值理解存在片面性,课程思政仅停留于形式化嵌入;教学内容与职业需求相脱节,数字化资源开发滞后。针对上述问题,研究提出系统性实践路径:其一,强化思想引领,深化理念认同;其二,构建协同机制,建立动态反馈闭环;其三,开发课程模块,打造沉浸式育人场景;其四,实施师资提升计划,推动校企协同育人生态建设。该研究通过理论与实践相结合的方式,为高职院校破解体育课程思政“两张皮”问题提供解决方案,助力实现学生体魄强健、价值端正、技能精湛的融合发展目标,对深化职业教育类型化改革具有现实意义。 The coordinated education of course ideological and political education and physical education courses in higher vocational education is an important way to implement the goal of"moral and technical co-cultivation"in vocational education.At present,the two are facing the realistic difficulties of ideological and cognitive deviations,poor mechanism connection,and teaching staff capacity:Some teachers have a one-sided understanding of the value of physical education,and course ideological and political education only stays at the level of formal embedding;Teaching content is disconnected from professional needs,and the development of digital resources is lagging behind.In response to the above problems,the research proposes systematic practice paths:Firstly,strengthen ideological leadership and deepen the recognition of concepts;Second,build a coordinated mechanism and establish a dynamic feedback loop;Third,develop curriculum modules and create immersive education scenarios;Fourth,implement a teaching staff improvement plan and promote the construction of an industry-university collaborative education ecology.The research provides solutions to the problem of"two skins"of physical education courseand course ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges through the combination of theory and practice,and helps to achieve the integrated development goal of students'strong physique,correct values,and superb skills,which has practical significance for deepening the reform of vocational education.
