摘要深圳加快建设全球先进制造业中心对区域经济和国家发展都有重要的意义。全球先进制造业中心应具备创新要素集聚、竞争优势明显、引领转型变革、治理能力突出等四大特征。深圳先进制造业的发展拥有规模大、实力强、高度集聚的产业集群、优秀的创新和研发能力、智能绿色的发展趋势、较好的政府治理能力等优势。但同时也存在创新人才、创新基建、创新成果、制度建设和资源环境等方面的短板。建议深圳市进一步完善人才引进机制、加强创新基础设施建设、推动科技成果转化效率、优化产业生态系统、推进绿色低碳发展、促进传统产业转型、打造政策保障体系、营造良好市场环境。 Shenzhen's accelerated development of a globally leading advanced manufacturing center holds significant importance for both regional economic growth and national development.A globally leading advanced manufacturing center should exhibit four key characteristics:concentration of innovation elements,distinct competitive advantages,leadership in transformation and change,and outstanding governance capabilities.Shenzhen's advanced manufacturing industry demonstrates advantages including large scale,strong capabilities,highly concentrated industrial clusters,excellent innovation and R&D capacity,intelligent and green development trends,and effective government governance.However,shortcomings exist in innovation talent,innovation infrastructure,innovation outcomes,institutional development,and resource-environment aspects.This study recommends that Shenzhen further improve talent introduction mechanisms,strengthen innovation infrastructure construction,enhance the efficiency of scientific and technological achievement transformation,optimize industrial ecosystems,promote green and low-carbon development,advance traditional industry transformation,establish policy support systems,and create favorable market environments.
