基于AMESim滑刀活门式直驱阀流量响应特性分析

摘要 滑刀活门式直驱阀作为调节燃油流量以及燃油分配的高精度电液控制元件,深入研究其工作原理及流量响应特性,对提升系统控制精度具有重要意义。基于阀门流量理论模型,构建AMESim整阀仿真模型,研究输入电流、线圈匝数、弹簧管刚度及液压油密度对其流量响应的影响规律。结果表明,输出流量随输入电流的增大呈现非线性减小趋势,尤其在70~100 mA区间内变化显著;适当增加线圈匝数,动态响应时间提升0.04 s;弹簧管刚度增加导致流量响应时间延迟0.08 s;液压油密度增大至950 kg/m3,系统输出流量减少了9.5%。实验测试数据与仿真结果的最大误差在7%以内,验证了模型的有效性。 As a high-precision electro-hydraulic control component for fuel flow regulation and dis-tribution,the slide gate direct-drive valve requires in-depth investigation into its working principles and flow response characteristics to enhance system control accuracy.Based on the theoretical flow model of the valve,an AMESim full-valve simulation model was established to analyze the effects of input current,coil turns,spring tube stiffness,and hydraulic oil density on its flow response.The re-sults indicate that the output flow decreases nonlinearly with increasing input current,particularly ex-hibiting significant variation within the 70~100 mA range.Appropriately increasing coil turns im-proved the dynamic response time by 0.04 s,while higher spring tube stiffness delayed the flow re-sponse time by 0.08 s.When the hydraulic oil density increased to 950 kg/m3,the system output flow decreased by 9.5%.Experimental data demonstrated a maximum error of less than 7%compared to simulation results,validating the model’s effectiveness.
