摘要
新质生产力的发展是乡村全面振兴的关键,而党的领导在其中扮演着战略指引、组织保障和思想引领的角色。从现实条件分析,乡村新质生产力存在产业载体薄弱、要素支撑不足、生产关系与生产力矛盾显著及创新驱动基础不牢的问题。在此基础上,提出党建助力乡村厚植新质生产力的创新路径,包括加强农村基层党组织建设、创新党建引领模式、加强党员队伍建设和深化党建引领乡村治理的措施,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供理论支持和实践指导。
The development of new productive forces is the key to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and the party's leadership plays the role of strategic guidance,organizational guarantee and ideological guidance.From the analysis of practical conditions,rural new-quality productive forces has problems such as weak industrial carriers,insufficient factor support,significant contradictions between production relations and productivity,and a weak innovation-driven foundation.On this basis,we propose innovative paths for Party building to help rural areas cultivate new productive forces,including measures to strengthen the construction of rural primary-level Party organizations,innovate Party building leading models,strengthen the construction of Party members,and deepen Party building to lead rural governance,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
