摘要
为防范疾控机构实验室的安全风险,加强实验室重点风险源安全管控,本文针对实验室生物安全场所分级管理、样本、设施、人员操作安全风险,危险化学品相关风险、实验室信息风险源的现状,基于“人机料法环”质控管理理念,进行系统分析,探索实践风险管控与隐患排查治理双重管控策略。
To prevent laboratory safety risks in disease prevention and control agency and strengthen the safety control of key risk sources in laboratories,this paper focused on the classification management of laboratory biosafety,safety risks from sam-ples,facilities and personnel operation,hazardous chemicals related risks,as well as the laboratory information risks,based on the quality control management concept of"Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environment",systematic research and analysis were took to explore the practice of risk control and potential danger investigation and management of dual control strategy.
