摘要
液氮洗装置火炬气加热器在运行过程中出现出口温度降低的现象,通过对影响火炬气加热器出口温度影响因素的分析,查找出分子筛泄压、疏水器故障,冷箱内冷量不匹配的因素,针对因素采取一定措施,成功将设备出口温度指标恢复至较好水平,保障了装置的稳定运行.
Liquid nitrogen washing device flare gas heater outlet temperature reduction during operation,through analysis of the influence of the flare gas heater outlet temperature factors of analysis,to find out the factors of molecular sieve pressure relief,drainer failure,cold box cold volume mismatch of factors,for the factors to take certain measures,the success of the equipment outlet temperature indicators to restore to a better level,to protect the stable operation of the device.
