摘要
目的评估鼻内镜手术与药物联合治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果,并将其与单独使用鼻内镜手术治疗的效果进行对比,主要关注点包括临床疗效、血清中炎症因子水平的变化及并发症发生率。方法选取2024年1月—2025年1月在本院接受治疗的60例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组仅实施鼻内镜手术,而实验组则在相同手术基础上额外实施了药物治疗。比较两组患者的临床改善情况、血清内特定炎症标志物(如IL-5、IL-6、IL-8和IL-12)水平以及术后并发症的发生频率以评估不同治疗方法的有效性和安全性。结果治疗后,实验组的治愈率优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的血清中促炎细胞因子(IL-5、IL-6、IL-8)水平低于对照组,同时抗炎因子(IL-12)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术联合药物治疗对于慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果更佳,不仅能有效调节体内炎症反应,还能减少相关并发症的风险,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,and to compare it with the results of nasal endoscopic surgery alone.The main concerns include clinical efficacy,changes in serum inflammatory factor levels and complication rate.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic sinusitis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study objects,and they were evenly assigned to two groups with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received only endoscopic nasal surgery,while the experimental group received additional drug treatment in addition to the same surgery.This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of different treatments by comparing clinical improvement,serum concentrations of specific inflammatory markers(such as IL-5,IL-6,IL-8,and IL-12),and frequency of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cure rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines(IL-5,IL-6,IL-8)in the serum of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of antiinflammatory factors(IL-12)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with drug therapy is more effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,which can not only effectively regulate the inflammatory response in vivo,but also reduce the risk of related complications.Therefore,it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
