摘要
目的探讨主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)与振动排痰治疗老年肺部感染的临床效果。方法选择2023年1—12月本院收治的72例老年肺部感染病人为研究对象,将其随机设为对照组与实验组,每组36例。对照组实施振动排痰治疗,实验组则采取ACBT与振动排痰的联合治疗,观察两组治疗后效果、症状消失时间、炎性指标及临床肺部感染(CPIS)评分情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组咳嗽咳痰、肺部啰音和呼吸困难消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组hs-CRP、NEUT和淋巴细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP、NEUT和淋巴细胞计数均比治疗前有所下降,且实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CPIS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CPIS评分均较治疗前下降,且实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年肺部感染患者群体中,实施ACBT与振动排痰相结合的治疗策略效果显著。该方案在提升治疗成效、加速症状缓解、改善炎症指标以及提高CPIS评分方面均表现出显著优势,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of active respiratory cycle technology(ACBT)and vibrating phlegm treatment for elderly lung infections.Methods Select 72 elderly lung infection patients who were treated from January 2023 to December 2023 as research objects,and randomly set up control groups and experimental groups with 36 cases in each group.The experimental team was combined with ACBT and vibration phlegm,and observed the two groups of curative effects,disappearance time,inflammatory indicators and clinical lung infections(CPIS)scores after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,sputum,pulmonary rales,and dyspnea in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hs CRP,NEUT,and lymphocyte counts between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the hs CRP,NEUT,and lymphocyte counts in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CPIS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the CPIS scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ACBT and vibration sputum evacuation has shown significant effects in the treatment strategy of elderly patients with pulmonary infections.This program has shown significant advantages in improving treatment efficacy,accelerating symptom relief,improving inflammatory indicators,and increasing CPIS scores,and is worthy of promotion.
