摘要
为了模拟、预测岩石强化太阳能蒸馏池的运行特性,文章试验测试了其运行参数和产水数据。基于球体体心立方堆积铺层岩石技术,构建了岩石强化太阳能蒸馏池性能预测模型,研究了岩石参数对蒸馏效应的影响。结果表明,岩石强化措施的产水增量集中在产水上升期,运行1 d的产水量为1 588.8 g/m2,较同时测试得到的传统太阳能蒸馏池提高了6.4%。构建的模型可有效预测特定环境下岩石强化太阳能蒸馏池的产水量。岩石层厚度的增加和岩石粒径、材料热容量的减小,都会使日产水量增加,但岩石粒径和材料的影响微弱;厚度的增加尽管对产水量的提升明显,但会加剧产水波动。文章为岩石强化太阳能蒸馏池应用研究提供一定参考。
To simulate and predict the operation characteristics of rock enhanced solar still(SS),the operation law and water production effect were tested experimentally.Based on the sphere body-centered cubic stacking layer rock technology,a prediction model for the performance of rock enhanced SS was constructed,and the influence of rock parameters on the distillation effect was studied.The results showed that the increment of water production of the rock reinforcement measure was concentrated in the rising period of water production,and the total daily water production of the operation day was 1588.8 g/m2,which was 6.38%higher than that of the conventional SS obtained from the simultaneous test.The constructed model can effectively predict the water production of rock enhanced SS in a specific environment.The increase of rock layer thickness and the decrease of rock particle size and material heat capacity will increase the total daily water production,but the influence of rock particle size and material is weak.Although the increase of thickness increases the water production obviously,it will aggravate the fluctuation of water production.This article can provide some reference for the research on the application of rock enhanced SS.
