摘要
信息时代下的电子产品多采用电容式触控面板,而感应电容需要网印油墨在印刷玻璃、塑料等材质面板的边框、图标、甚至色彩图案时,保持较高的介电常数,不产生扰讯。探讨触控面板层装饰油墨的电阻对电讯的影响因素,为黑色、镜面色、金属色等油墨产生较大的电阻提供更适合的结构优化和设计方案。
In the information age,electronic products mostly adopt capacitive touch panels.When screen-printing inks are used to print on the borders,icons,and even color patterns of glass,plastic and other material panels for capacitive sensing,the inks should maintain a high dielectric constant and not cause interference.This paper explores the factors infl uencing the resistance of decorative inks on touch panel layers,providing more suitable structural optimization and design solutions for inks such as black,mirror,and metallic colors that have relatively high resistance.
