摘要
研究数字音频技术在职工教育培训系统中的应用,提出一种融合音频增强、自适应语音交互、多模态学习数据分析的创新培训系统。该系统解决复杂培训场景下音频传递不清、内容固定化及缺乏个性化的问题,显著提高职工学习效率、知识掌握程度、满意度。实验结果证实该系统在多场景培训中具有卓越性能,为职工教育的智能化发展提供技术支持。
This paper studies the application of digital audio technology in employee education and training system,and proposes an innovative training system that integrates audio enhancement,adaptive voice interaction and multimodal learning data analysis.The system solves the problems of unclear audio transmission,fixed content and lack of personalization in complex training scenes,and significantly improves the learning efficiency,knowledge mastery and satisfaction of employees.The experimental results show that the system has excellent performance in multi-scene training and provides technical support for the intelligent development of employee education.
