消力池V型墩消能效果影响因素及水力特性研究

Study on Influencing Factors and Hydraulic Characteristics of Energy Dissipation Effect of V-shaped Piers in Stilling Pool

摘要 针对消力池内水流紊乱、水面波动大、形成的远驱式水跃对下游护坦造成冲刷破坏难以达到理想的消能稳流效果问题,提出一种新型消能墩———V型墩,并采用模型和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了V型墩的水力特性及水流能量耗散过程。结果表明,V型墩消能率影响因素显著性排序为弗劳德数>首排墩位置>收缩比>排间距>角度>墩高比。在最佳参数组合下,V型墩不会发生气蚀破坏,与原消力池相较,跃长缩减了19.58%,墩后流速下降81.73%,消能率提高至96.42%。研究结果可为V型墩的研究与应用提供理论依据。 In response to the problem of turbulent water flow,large water surface fluctuations,and the formation of a far drive water jump in the stilling pool,which causes erosion and damage to the downstream apron and makes it difficult to achieve ideal energy dissipation and stable flow effects,this article proposes the use of a new type of energy dissipation pier-V-shaped pier.The hydraulic characteristics of the V-shaped pier and the process of water flow energy dissipation were analyzed by combining the model and numerical simulation.The results show that the significance ranking of influencing factors of V-shaped piers for energy dissipation rate were Froude number>first row pier position>shrinkage ratio>row spacing>angle>pier height ratio.Under the optimal parameter combination,the V-shaped pier will not experience cavitation damage.Compared with the original stilling pool,the jump length has been reduced by 19.58%,the flow velocity behind the pier has decreased by 81.73%,and the energy dissipation rate has increased to 96.42%.This study can provide theoretical basis for the research and application of V-shaped piers.
