摘要
医学英语学习的推进必须妥善处理“人”(参与者)“物”(物理环境)“情”(情感影响)等多方面要素以及三者的交互关系。学习环境在医学英语教学质量的提升中扮演着举足轻重的角色。聚焦于数字环境下医学英语学习环境的“给养”设计,系统审视了资源匮乏、交互性不足及学生动力缺失等现存问题,提出设计原则、架构与实现路径。强调整合技术、语言、情感及社会文化给养,结合创新学习情景、文化氛围营造及多方对话机制,激发医学英语学生的效能,消减“消极”给养,并发挥教师、学生、教学管理者的协同作用。设计旨在构建统一、开放和动态的医学英语学习生态系统,提升学生对环境感知的敏感性、解读主动性及行动有效性,培养高阶中医文化感知力,助推中医药文化传播。
The advancement of medical English learning necessitates the adept handling of various factors such as“people”(participants),“things”(physical environment),“emotions”(affective influences),and their interactive relations.The learning environment plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of medical English teaching.This paper focuses on the“affordance”design of medical English learning environments in a digital context,systematically examines existing issues such as resource scarcity,inadequate interactivity,and learners’motivation deficit,and proposes design principles,frameworks,and implementation pathways.It emphasizes the integration of technological,linguistic,affective,and sociocultural affordances,and combines with innovative learning scenarios and cultural atmosphere cultivation as well as multi-party dialogue mechanisms,in order to stimulate the effectiveness of medical English learners,mitigate“negative”affordances,and harness the synergistic effects of teachers,students,and teaching administrators.The design aims to construct a unified,open,and dynamic medical English learning ecosystem,enhancing learners’sensitivity to environmental perception,initiative in interpretation,and effectiveness in action,fostering high-order perceptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture,and facilitating the dissemination of TCM culture.
