调驱型耐温抗盐聚合物的制备与性能研究

摘要 针对高温高盐非均质油藏条件,以丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸为主要原料,以1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯为交联剂制备了调驱型耐温抗盐聚合物。实验结果表明:在90℃、矿化度32 868 mg/L的盐水条件下,质量浓度为2 500 mg/L的调驱型耐温抗盐聚合物剪切黏度保留率达到71.0%,经120 d老化后表观黏度保留率为75.5%。在3倍渗透率级差并联填砂管中,调驱型聚合物体系在低渗管中的稳定分流率为31.8%,提高采收率幅度为33.0%,明显优于常规抗盐部分水解聚丙烯酰胺产品。调驱型耐温抗盐聚合物具有良好的非均质调控能力和流度控制能力,在高温高盐非均质油藏具有良好的应用前景。 A temperature and salt resistant polymer was prepared using acrylamide and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid as the main raw materials and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate as the crosslinker for high-temperature and high salt heterogeneous oil reservoirs.The molecular structure was characterized and its comprehensive performance was investigated.The results showed that the shear viscosity retention of the temperature-and salt-resistant polymers with a mass concentration of 2500 mg/L reached 71.0%under the conditions of 90℃and a salinity of 32868 mg/L in saline water.The apparent viscosity retention was 75.5%after 120 d of aging.In the parallel sand filling pipe with a 3-fold permeability,the stable diversion rate of the profile control and oil displacement system in the low-permeability pipe was 31.8%,and the enhanced oil recovery was 33.0%.Under the same experimental conditions,the stable diversion rate of conventional polymers in the low-permeability pipe was about 5.0%,and the increase in recovery rate was 18.5%.The temperature-resistant and salt-resistant polymer with adjustable displacement has good application prospects in high-temperature and high-salt heterogeneous reservoirs.
