不同种植方式和留叶数对烤烟生长及产质量的影响

Effects of Different Planting Methods and Remained Leaf Numbers on Growth,Yield and Quality of Flue-Cured Tobacco

摘要 为探明不同种植方式和留叶数组合对烤烟生长以及产质量的影响,本研究于2019年在四川省广元市剑阁县设置主区为等行距(A1)、宽窄行(A2)两种种植方式,副区为3个留叶数水平(B1、B2、B3)的田间裂区试验,共组合为6个处理(A1B1、A1B2、A1B3、A2B1、A2B2、A2B3),分析不同处理对烤烟农艺、经济性状及烤后烟叶常规化学成分含量和感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明,打顶留叶后,两种种植方式下,烤烟株高均随留叶数的增加而增高,最大叶片面积则均随留叶数的增加而降低,烤烟产量均随留叶数的增加而增加,而其均价、中上等烟比例及产值则均随留叶数的增加而先升后降,其中A2B2处理烤烟的产值、均价及上等烟比例均明显高于其余处理;不同处理烤后烟叶常规化学成分含量存在差异,其中以A2B2处理烤烟常规化学成分含量及其协调性整体较好;烟叶(C3F)的感官评吸质量(烟气除外)均随留叶数的增多呈先增后降趋势,两种种植方式下留叶数为16~18片/株时达到最高值,且A2B2处理烤烟的香气质量、吃味最佳。综上可知,宽窄行种植及单株留叶数16~18片组合处理(A2B2)烤烟的综合产质量最优,等行距及单株留叶数16~18片组合处理(A1B2)次之。该研究结论可为烤烟的高产优质栽培提供理论依据和数据支持。 In order to explore the effects of different planting methods and remained leaf numbers ongrowth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,a two-factor field split-plot experiment was carried out inJiange County,Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province in 2019.Two planting methods with equal row spacing(Al)and wide-narrow row(A2)were set in the main plot,and three remained leaf numbers were set as 14to 16(B1),16 to 18(B2)and 18 to 20(B3)per plant in the subplot,which formed 6 treatments(A1B1,A1B2,A1B3,A2B1,A2B2 and A2B3).The effects of different treatments on the agronomic and economictraits of tobacco plants,and the contents of conventional chemical components and sensory smoking quality offlue-cured leaves were studied.The results showed that the plant height of tobacco increased with the increaseof remained leaf number after topping under the two planting methods,while the maximum leaf area de-creased,the yield of flue-cured tobacco increased,and the average price,proportion of middle and superior tobacco and output value increased first and then decreased.The output value,average price and proportion ofsuperior tobacco of A2B2 treatment were obviously higher than those of the other treatments.There were differ-ences in the content of conventional chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves among different treat-ments.The content and coordination of conventional chemical components in flue-cured tobacco were overallbetter under A2B2 treatment.The sensory smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves(C3F')increased firstand then decreased with the increase of remained leaf number,and reached the highest value when the re-mained leaf number was 16 to 18 per plant.The aroma quality,and smoke and taste of A2B2 treatment werethe best.In summary,the treatment of wide-narrow row planting with 16 to 18 remained leaves per plant(A2B2)had the best comprehensive yield and quality,followed by the treatment of equal row spacing com-bined with 16 to 18 remained leaves per plant(A1B2).The conclusion of this study could provide the theoret-ical basis and data support for high-yield and good-quality cultivation of flue-cured tobacco.
