摘要
以甘肃省甘州区主栽黄瓜品种德瑞特为试材,探讨不同光照强度(1 000、2 000、3 000、4 000、5 000 lx)对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,通过测定幼苗下胚轴长度、直径、叶绿素荧光参数等指标,结合甘州区设施栽培的环境特点,筛选出适宜的光照条件。结果表明,4 000 lx处理下黄瓜幼苗下胚轴长度(21.17 mm)和直径(1.97 mm)均显著优于其他处理(P<0.05),叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm(0.82)和实际光化学效率ΦPSII(0.68)表现最佳。3 000 lx处理次之,1 000 lx光照导致幼苗出苗率显著降低(<50%)。综合分析表明,甘州区设施栽培黄瓜幼苗的适宜光照强度为4 000 lx。试验结果可为当地工厂化育苗提供理论依据。
Took the main Cucumis sativus variety Deruite in Ganzhou District of Gansu Province as the test material,the effects of different light intensities on the growth of Cucumis sativus seedlings were explored.By measuring indicators such as the length and diameter of the hypocotyl of seedlings and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,combined with the characteristics of the facility cultivation environment in Ganzhou District,suitable light conditions were screened.Comprehensive analysis showed that the suitable light intensity for facility cultivation of Cucumis sativus seedlings in Ganzhou District was 4000 lx,which could provide a theoretical basis for local factory-based seedling raising.
