摘要
目的探讨回授法健康教育在肾病综合征患儿照顾者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年2月在南阳市中心医院治疗的肾病综合征患儿照顾者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)和干预组(52例)。对照组接受常规健康教育,干预组接受回授法健康教育。干预1个月和3个月时比较两组患儿服药依从性、复诊依从性与照顾者疾病知识掌握情况。结果在患儿出院后1、3个月,干预组患儿服药依从性及复诊依从性高于对照组(P<0.01);在患儿出院后3个月,接受回授法干预的患儿照顾者疾病知识掌握情况总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肾病综合征患儿照顾者采用回授法进行健康教育,可提高患儿服药与复诊依从性,提高患儿照顾者疾病知识掌握度,对患儿的治疗与预后具有积极的意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of teaching-back method for health education management intervention in caregivers of children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods The caregivers of children with nephrotic syndrome who were treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into control group of 54 cases and intervention group of 52 cases.The control group was given routine health education,while the intervention group was given the teaching-back method on the basis of routine health education.After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,the medication compliance,follow-up compliance and caregivers’disease knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 month and 3 months after the children were discharged from the hospital,the medication compliance and follow-up compliance of the children who received the teaching-back method were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total score and the scores of each dimension of the disease knowledge mastery of the caregivers of the children who received the teaching-back method were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching-back method for health education intervention can improve the compliance of children with nephrotic syndrome in taking medication and follow-up consultation,and improve the knowledge of the disease of caregivers of children with nephrotic syndrome,which has positive significance for the treatment and prognosis of children.
