摘要
西藏现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,并且相对于世界主要国家或先行地区,以及相对于中国内地,其在非常短的时间内取得了辉煌成就。将西藏现代化与世界历史和中国历史的整体进程联系起来,可以从更深层次揭示西藏现代化的内涵及其与各种复杂因素的关系。其中,最引人注目的是中国共产党在西藏现代化中的独特作用。西藏的特殊性和中国共产党在西藏执政给西藏现代化注入了特殊的政治性元素和生产力要素,使得西藏现代化既不同于世界主要国家或先行地区,也与祖国内地有所不同。概而言之,西藏现代化既具有“中国特色”,又富有“西藏特点”。“中国特色”彰显于西藏现代化的发展方向上,“西藏特点”体现在西藏现代化的具体实施中。西藏现代化作为中国式现代化的重要地方实践,为世界上既希望保持自身文化特色和良好生态环境、又寻求现代化道路的国家和地区树立了典范。
The modernization of Xizang is an important part of Chinese-style modernization.Compared with the major countries or the advanced regions of the world,as well as the inland areas of China,Xizang's modernization has achieved remarkable accomplishments in a very short period of time.Linking the modernization of Xizang with the overall process of world history and Chinese history can reveal at a deeper level the connotation of Xizang's modernization and its relationship with various complex factors.Among them,the most notable one is the unique role of the Communist Party of China in the modernization of Xizang.The special nature of Xizang and the governance of the Communist Party of China in Xizang have injected special political elements and productive factors into the modernization of Xizang,making it different from the major countries or advanced regions of the world and also different from the inland areas of China.In summary,the modernization of Xizang has both"Chinese characteristics"and"Xizang's characteristics".Its"Chinese characteristics"are manifested in the its development direction,while its"Xizang's characteristics"are reflected in its specific implementation.As an important local practice of Chinese-style modernization,the modernization of Xizang has set a model for countries and regions in the world that hope to maintain their own cultural characteristics and ecological environment while seeking a modernization path.
