摘要
经皮黄疸检测仪是一种用于检测新生儿黄疸病症的精密光学测量仪器。经皮黄疸检测仪具有无损测量、方便快捷等特点。目前,市面上主流的经皮黄疸检测仪存在体积庞大、价格昂贵等问题,且其标称误差范围为±1 mg/dL,当胆红素水平超过15 mg/dL时,其测量误差甚至更大。针对现有经皮黄疸检测仪的缺点,本文设计一种基于LED光源的微型黄疸检测仪。首先,为了有效隔绝杂散光对光信号探测的干扰,对分光检测装置进行微型化设计,在大幅度缩小体积的同时提升了光信号的纯净度。接着,采用了LED可控爆闪发光电路,提高光电检测信号的信噪比,使LED光源的强度提升了12倍以上。最后,以LED可控爆闪发光电路为核心,结合STC8G1K17单片机,以及电源管理电路、OLED显示屏、信号调理等电路,设计微型黄疸检测仪的硬件电路。实验结果表明,微型黄疸检测仪的体积显著缩小至130 mm×40 mm×21 mm,同时对校准板重复测量的稳定性为±0.4 mg/dL以内,对人体测量精度误差小于±0.5 mg/dL。与现有氙气灯结构黄疸检测仪相比,微型黄疸检测仪不仅在体积上具有明显优势,而且在检测精度方面也表现出良好的性能。这为经皮黄疸检测仪的微型化以及家庭化普及提供了有益的探索。
Percutaneous jaundice detector is a kind of precision optical measuring instrument for detecting neonatal jaundice,which is characterized by non-destructive measurement,convenience and quickness.At present,the mainstream transcutaneous jaundice detector on the market has the problems of bulky size,expensive price and the nominal range of±1 mg/dL,and when the bilirubin level is more than 15 mg/dL,its measurement error is even larger.To address the shortcomings of the existing transcutaneous jaundice detector,a miniature jaundice detector based on LED light source is designed.First,in order to effectively isolate the interference of stray light on the detection of optical signals,the miniaturized design of the spectroscopic detection device improves the purity of the optical signals while significantly reducing the size.Next,the LED controlled burst light-emitting circuit is adopted to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the photoelectric detection signal,so that the intensity of the LED light source is enhanced by more than 12 times.Finally,the LED controllable burst light-emitting circuit as the core,combined with STC8G1K17 microcontroller,as well as power management circuit,OLED display,signal conditioning and other circuits,to design the hardware circuit of the miniature jaundice detector.The experimental results show that the miniature jaundice detector is significantly reduced in size to 130 mmX 40 mmX21 mm,while the stability of repeated measurements on the calibration plate is within±0.4 mg/dL,and the accuracy of measurement on the human body is less than±o.5 mg/dL.Compared with the size and detection accuracy of the existing jaundice detector with xenon lamp structure,the miniature jaundice detector not only has obvious advantages in terms of size,but also shows good performance in terms of detection accuracy.This provides a useful exploration for the miniaturization of the transcutaneous jaundice detector as well as its popularization at home.
