摘要
目的对1986年—2024年住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)相关中英文文献的年度载文量、发文机构、关键词等进行可视化分析,对国内外住培研究现状与前沿趋势进行追踪。方法使用文献计量工具VOSviewer软件,选取中国知网数据库(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集数据库为研究对象。结果本研究纳入了1241篇中文文献和2283篇英文文献,国内外住培研究论文在数量上总体呈上升趋势。研究热点包括住院医师培训、教学方法、临床实践、专业发展和教育评估等方面,中文文献主要聚焦国内合作,且文献研究聚焦教学方法,英文文献则体现出较强的国际合作能力,重点对临床实践和能力进行评价。结论住培研究在国内外均呈现较高关注度,且表现出较强的国际合作,研究应重点关注岗位胜任力、临床实践和质量评价。
Objective To visually analyze the annual publication volume,publishing institutions,keywords,etc.,of Chinese and English literature related to standardized training of resident physicians from 1986 to 2024,and to track the current status and frontier trends of domestic and international research on standardized training of resident physicians.Methods Used the bibliometric tool VOSviewer software,selecting the CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection databases as research objects.Results This study included 1241 Chinese literature and 2283 English literature.The number of research papers on standardized training of resident physicians at home and abroad generally showed an upward trend.Research hotspots included resident training,teaching methods,clinical practice,professional development,education evaluation,etc.Chinese literature mainly focused on domestic cooperation,and the literature research focused on teaching methods,while English literature demonstrated strong international cooperation capabilities and focused on the evaluation of clinical practice and abilities.Conclusion Research on standardized residency training has a high level of attention both domestically and internationally,and shows strong international cooperation.Research should focus on job competency,clinical practice,and quality evaluation,rather than on the reform of teaching methods in the education stage of colleges and universities.
