摘要
基于机制砂混凝土配合比,探讨石粉含量、用水量及外加剂种类等对机制砂混凝土性能影响。结果表明:机制砂中石粉含量变化对混凝土的浆体量、黏稠度和抗压强度具有显著影响,调配混凝土时,选择最佳砂率需考虑机制砂的细度模数以及石粉含量;机制砂混凝土在强度方面显著优于天然河砂混凝土。通过适度增加用水量,可以有效改善机制砂混凝土的工作性能;聚羧酸减水剂对机制砂混凝土性能影响大,引气剂引入均匀分布的微气泡,不仅增加浆体体积,还显著提升混凝土的包裹性能,降粘剂改善机制砂混凝土黏度大和泵送性差的问题。
Based on the mix proportion of manufactured sand,the specific effects of stone powder content,water consumption and additive type on the performance of manufactured sand concrete were explored.The results show that changes in the stone powder content of the mechanism sand have a significant effect on the volume of the concrete paste,viscosity and compressive strength.When mixing concrete,the optimal sand rate should consider the fineness modulus and stone powder content of the manufactured sand;The strength of manufactured sand concrete is significantly better than that of natural river sand concrete.By moderately increasing the water consumption,the working performance of manufactured sand concrete can be effectively improved;Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a great influence on the performance of manufactured sand concrete;Air-entraining agent introduces uniformly distributed microbubbles,which not only increases the volume of the paste,but also significantly improves the encapsulation performance of the concrete,and viscosity reducer improves the viscosity of manufactured sand concrete and the problem of poor pumpability.
