摘要
目前试油压裂施工方案编制过程多为机械式的内容填充及随机尝试,为了提高设计编写效率,以DeepSeek为例进行设计自动化的应用。通过在Visual Studio Code里引入DeepSeek模型,利用其大语言模型功能及代码模块,在Python上完成智能泵注表、施工摩阻机操执行的代码设计及运行。并初步进行刮油胶皮的自动建模模拟分析及基础资料自动识别填写的代码创建及运行,研究全自动化应力、裂缝模拟以及自动生成施工设计的可行性。结果表明,应用DeepSeek可以快速准确的生成所需代码程序,智能泵注表代码程序自动生成泵注方案时间≤1 min,方案可靠性达100%;施工摩阻机操执行代码程序实现摩阻计算效率提升60%。同时AI生成代码可广泛用于Solid Works、Abaqus、Matlab等内置脚本功能的软件,为后续压裂模拟软件的自动化应用提供了可能;AI代码可准确完成对文档内容的提取填写,由工程设计自动生成施工方案具有可行性,为试油压裂施工的提质增效注入了新动能。
The current process of compiling oil testing and fracturing construction plans is often characterized by mechanical content filling and random attempts.To enhance the efficiency of design writing,the application of design automation using DeepSeek as an example is explored.By integrating the DeepSeek model into Visual Studio Code and leveraging its large language model capabilities and code modules,intelligent pump injection tables,and code design and execution for construction friction machine operations were completed in Python.Additionally,preliminary work on automatic modeling and simulation analysis of oil scraping rubber and the creation and execution of code for automatic identification and filling of basic data were undertaken,investigating the feasibility of fully automated stress and fracture simulation as well as automatic generation of construction designs.The results indicate that applying DeepSeek can rapidly and accurately generate the required code programs.The intelligent pump injection table code program automatically generates pump injection plans in≤1 minute,with a reliability rate of 100%.The construction friction machine operation code program achieves a 60%improvement in friction calculation efficiency.Furthermore,AI-generated code can be widely used in software with built-in scripting functions such as Solid Works,Abaqus,and Matlab,providing possibilities for the automated application of subsequent fracturing simulation software.AI code can accurately complete the extraction and filling of document content,making it feasible to automatically generate construction plans from engineering designs,thereby injecting new momentum into the quality and efficiency improvement of oil testing and fracturing construction.
