摘要
目的探讨护理质量敏感指标管理在心血管内科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取平邑县人民医院心血管内科的26名护理人员为研究对象。2023年7—12月实施常规管理,为对照组;2024年1—6月实施护理质量敏感指标管理,为观察组。比较两组管理满意度、护理质量评分和不良事件发生情况。结果观察组管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总质量评分为(90.12±1.76)分,高于对照组的(85.34±1.24)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.320,P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生数量低于对照组。结论应用护理质量敏感指标能显著提高护理管理水平和服务质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality sensitive index management in nursing safety management of cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of twenty-six nurses in the Department of Cardiovas-cular Medicine of Pingyi County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine management was implemented from July to December 2023(control group),and nursing quality sensitive index management was ap-plied from January to June 2024(observation group).Management satisfaction,nursing quality scores,and adverse event occurrences were compared between the two groups.Results The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing qual-ity score of the observation group was 90.12±1.76,higher than 85.34±1.24 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.320,P<0.05).The number of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of nursing quality sensitive indexes can significantly improve nurs-ing management level and service quality.
