摘要
在数字经济时代,高职院校必须顺应时代发展要求,以“三全育人”理念为指引,加快培养契合时代需求的数智化复合型财会人才。针对当前高职院校财会专业人才培养存在的数智化意识不强、师资数字化能力不足、课程资源建设滞后、实践教学体系不健全等问题,高职院校应以专业人才培养方案为统领优化课程体系,加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,开发数智化课程资源,搭建产学研用协同育人平台,创新考核评价方式,以应对数智化转型,培养高素质技能型人才。
In the era of digital economy,vocational colleges must comply with the requirements of the times,guided by the concept of"Three Complete Education",and accelerate the cultivation of digital and intelligent composite financial and accounting talents that meet the needs of the times.In response to the problems of weak digital awareness,insufficient digital ability of teachers,lagging curriculum resource construction,and incomplete practical teaching system in the current talent cultivation of finance and accounting majors in vocational colleges,vocational colleges should optimize the curriculum system under the guidance of professional talent training programs,strengthen the construction of"dual teacher"teaching staff,digital curriculum resources,build a collaborative education platform for industry,academia research,and application,innovate assessment and evaluation methods,in order to cope with the digital transformation and cultivate high-quality skilled talents.
