数字零工时代下的男做女工——兼职在线男客服职业性别穿透研究

摘要 职业性别隔离是劳动者基于性别原因被不成比例地安置于不同工作岗位的现象。数字时代的零工经济相较传统就业更加弹性化和碎片化,受社会和文化惯习的影响,其职业性别隔离虽未自然消解,但也出现改变的契机。本文将“做性别”理论和劳动过程分析结合,聚焦解析兼职在线男客服职业性别穿透问题。研究发现,数字零工能在一定程度上松动传统的职业性别建构,扩展劳动者获得工作的机会。而灵活弹性的劳动特质可分别从工场的组织安排、劳动管理与控制、职业性别认同再生产三个方面,通过预设职场文本、设定行动框架和“再做性别”对员工的职场性别体认产生影响,最终实现职业性别穿透。 Gender-based occupational segregation refers to the disproportionate allocation of male or female workers in different jobs.Despite the increased flexibility and fragmentation of gig work in the digital age,such segregation persists due to social and cultural customs,though opportunities for change are emerging.By applying"doing gender"theory in labor process analysis,this paper examines men's penetration in part-time online customer service roles.Findings indicate that digital gig work can loosen traditional occupational gender constructs,and broaden employment opportunities.The flexible nature of this type of work affects employees'gender perceptions on the shop floor through organizational arrangements,labor management and control,and the reproduction of gender identity.This occurs via workplace texts,action frameworks,and"redoing gender",ultimately facilitating gender-based penetration in the workplace.
