摘要
中药发酵饮片极富生物技术的内涵,是最具特色的中医药元素之一。发酵饮片因微生物的特性多具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、降脂、调节肠道菌群等多方面活性。在传统中医药理论的指导下,结合现代微生物工程技术,中药发酵饮片有了较大的发展潜力,但与现代生物发酵的整体水平相比仍有较大的差距。通过系统分析我国传统发酵饮片的代表品种,现代中药发酵的技术、菌种及研究现状,以及当前主要发酵品种的市场,旨在为中药发酵饮片产业的发展提供一定的思路。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fermented decoction pieces are rich in biotechnology connotation and are one of the most distinctive elements of TCM.Because of the characteristics of microorganisms,fermented slices have antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumor,lipid-lowering,regulating intestinal flora and other activities.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory and combined with modern microbial engineering technology,TCM fermented slices have great potential for development,but there is still a big gap compared with the overall level of modern biological fermentation.The representative varieties of Chinese traditional fermented slices,the technology,strains and research status of modern Chinese traditional medicine fermentation,as well as the current market of main fermented varieties were systematically analyzed.The aim is to provide some ideas for the development of TCM fermentation decoction piece industry.
