摘要
为了解城市河流浮游生物功能群的结构特征及与影响因子的关系,以贾鲁河郑州段为研究对象,于2022年平水期(5月)和丰水期(7月)开展浮游生物和环境因子调查,并利用相关性分析、冗余分析(RDA)探讨环境因子的影响。结果表明:贾鲁河共鉴定出浮游植物7门168种,依据FG分类法可划分为C、D、J、L_(O)、MP、P、T_(B)、T_(C)、W1等26个功能群,以喜富营养水体的C、D、MP、P功能群为主;浮游动物共鉴定出4类80种,依据食性及营养层次可划分为RC、RF、SCC等7个功能群,以轮虫滤食者(RF)和小型浮游动物捕食者(SCC)为主。浮游植物Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)、Margalef指数(D′)、Pielou指数(J)和Q_(r)指数均值分别为3.12、2.62、0.82和1.79;浮游动物H′、D′和J均值分别为2.24、2.17和0.71。多样性指数和Q_(r)指数评价表明,贾鲁河水质处于“中度污染”。贾鲁河浮游生物功能群在不同水期呈差异性分布,J、L_(O)、T_(C)、MCF为平水期特有优势功能群,W1为丰水期特有优势功能群。影响浮游生物功能群的主要环境因子平水期为WT、COD_(Cr),丰水期为TP。浮游生物间的竞争和捕食也是影响浮游生物功能群结构特征的关键因素。研究结果可为贾鲁河水生态修复及淮河流域水环境管理提供参考。
In this study,we explored the spatiotemporal distribution of plankton functional groups in the Zhengzhou section of Jialu River and analyzed the influence of environmental factors using correlation analysis and redundancy analysis.Our aim was to provide a reference for the ecological restoration of urban rivers and management of the aquatic environment in the Huaihe River basin.In May(normal water level season)and July(flood season)of 2022,qualitative and quantitative sampling of plankton and an investigation of water environmental factors were carried out at eight sampling sites in the mainstream and tributaries of Jialu River.A total of 168 phytoplankton species from 7 phyla were collected in the study area and they were categorized into 26 functional groups,such as C,D,J,L_(O),MP,P,T_(B),TC,and W1 based on the FG classification method.The functional groups were dominated by the C,D,MP,and P groups that prefer eutrophic water.A total of 80 zooplankton species from 4 taxa were identified and categorized into 7 functional groups based on feeding habits and trophic levels,including RC,RF,and SCC.Rotifer filter feeders(RF)and small zooplankton predators(SCC)were the dominant functional groups.The average values of the Shannon-Wiener(H'),Margalef(D')and Pielou(J)indices were,respectively,3.12,2.62 and 0.82 for the phytoplankton community and 2.24,2.17 and 0.71 for the zooplankton community.The average Q_(r) index,based on phytoplankton functional groups,was 1.79.The diversity indices of plankton and the phytoplankton Q_(r) index both indicated that Jialu River was moderately polluted.The distribution of plankton functional groups in Jialu River was distinctly different between the normal water level period and flood period.The J,L_(O),T_(C),and MCF functional groups were dominant in the normal period,while W1 was the unique dominant functional group during flood season.Correlation and redundancy analysis of the plankton functional groups and environmental factors show that WT and COD_(Cr) were the primary environmental factors impacting plankton functional groups during the normal season,while TP was the key environmental factor during flood season.However,competition and predation among plankton were also key factors influencing the structure of the plankton functional groups.
